Juan Lobo Tequila Reposado
- - 1.5 oz Juan Lobo Tequila Reposado
- - 1.5 oz ruby red grapefruit juice
- - Sparkling water
- - Kosher salt
- - 0.5 Lime
- - Agave Syrup

Step 1:
In a shaker, place Juan Lobo Tequila Reposado, the juice from half a lime, a dash of agave syrup, and the ruby red grapefruit juice.

Step 2:
Shake until mixed

Step 3:
Dip half of the rim in lime juice, then kosher salt

Step 4:
Fill the glass with ice and pour cocktail shaker mixture into glass

Step 5:
Top with sparkling water. Garnish with lime wheel
Wolf Bite
Juan Lobo Tequila Reposado
- - 1.5 oz Juan Lobo Tequila Reposado
- - 1 small seedless watermelon, or half of a larger watermelon (Need 2 oz per cocktail)
- - Tajin Salt
- - ¾ oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- - ½ oz freshly squeezed orange juice
- - Agave nectar
- - Jalapeno

Step 1:
To make the watermelon juice, scoop the watermelon flesh into your blender and blend until it has turned into a smooth juice.

Step 2:
Rim your glass with lime, then tajin salt

Step 3:
In a cocktail shaker, pour the watermelon juice, Juan Lobo Tequila Reposado, juice from half a lime, juice from ¼ of an orange, a dash of agave nectar, and two jalapeno slices - Shake it!

Step 4:
Pour into your glass and garnish with a watermelon slice.

- - Topo Chico
- - Lime
- - Ice

Step 1:
Place ample ice into glass

Step 2:
Add Juan Lobo Tequila Reposado

Step3:
Top with Topo Chico. Squeeze fresh lime juice. Enjoy!
Legends of the Fall
Juan Lobo Tequila Reposado
- - 2 ounces Juan Lobo Tequila Reposado
- - 2 Tablespoons Infused maple (or plain maple syrup)
- - 1 ½ Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- - ½ cup water
- - ¼ cup sliced ginger
- - 3 star anise pods
- - Optional additions: Douglas Fir, crushed cardamom pods, cinnamon, whole clove, peppercorns

Step 1:
Place maple syrup and water in a small pot. Add ginger and whole spices. Heat over medium heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes on low heat. Let stand 10 minutes. The longer you infuse, the more intense the flavor. You could let this sit overnight, or strain it right away.

Step 2:
In a cocktail shaker, pour the Juan Lobo Tequila Reposado, infused maple and lemon juice over ice. Shake and strain into a lowball glass. Garnish with a star anise pod and lemon slice.
