Jon Wolfe has just released Juan Lobo Tequila! Joan Lobo Tequila is named after the affectionate nickname from his fans after over 10 years of touring across the United States.
There are five generations of farmers from Arandas in Mexico that tend to the land and select the agave deemed ready for the tequila. The juice produced from the roasting period is placed in a large vat and introduced with champagne yeast to develop the intricate flavor of the three flavor profiles for Joan Lobo Tequila: Blanco, Anejo, and Reposado.
